The Alzheimer’s/dementia unit at HCSP is designed to provide a safe, secure environment for residents suffering from different forms of dementia. This is accomplished using a combination of wander management equipment and secured exits.  This dedicated wing provides 24-hour care consisting of an on-call Medical Director along with specially trained RNs, LPNs, and CNAs who understand the unique needs of these residents.

Even though this special unit is home to folks with memory loss/confusion, we take extra care in providing a rich variety of programming that will not only provide entertainment, it is also therapuetic.
