Nursing Facility
The Health Center at Standifer Place offers a variety of services at our skilled nursing facility. Our services include but are not limited to: a Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit, a Respiratory Unit that also offers Ventilator Care, An In House Dialysis Unit, a Long Term Care Unit, a Hospice Unit, an Alzheimer’s and Memory Care Unit that is secured, a Falls & Prevention unit and a unit affiliated with the Pace Program.
Other services that we offer include: Wound Care, Dietary Services, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Therapeutic Recreational and Activities, Skilled Nursing , Social Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Chaplain Services, Bariatric Services and Restorative Therapy. Customer Satisfaction is one of our primary goals so that families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in the hands of people who truly care.
Our size allows for us to provide dedicated wings for services such as:
- Hospice wing with private rooms
- Rehabilitation wing with private rooms
- Respiratory wing with attending Pulmonologist
- Secure wing for residents who are exit seeking
- Falls focus wing with specialty electronic monitor equipment
- PACE program participant
Each one of these wings has staff who are experts in these different areas and can better meet the unique requirements of the residents who stay there.
